2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials Qualifiers, as of October 30

USA Wrestling has updated its list of U.S. Olympic Team Trials qualifiers, as of October 30.

The changes in the document includes identifying the U.S. athletes who met criteria at the 2023 U23 World Championships in Tirana, Albania. In men’s freestyle, 2023 U23 World champions not yet qualified advance to the U.S. Olympic Team Trials. In women’s freestyle and Greco-Roman, 2023 U23 World medalists not yet qualified advanced to the U.S. Olympic Team Trials

Those who have advanced to the Olympic Trials finals series were men’s freestyle wrestlers Keegan O’Toole (74 kg), Aaron Brooks (86 kg), Isaac Trumble (97 kg) and Wyatt Hendrickson (125 kg), all who won U23 World titles. There were no new U.S. Olympic Team Trials qualifiers in either women’s freestyle or Greco-Roman coming from the U23 World Championships.

There are 89 athletes already qualified for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials in Wrestling, set for Penn State, April 19-20.

As of October 28, there are 33 qualifiers in men’s freestyle, 27 in women’s freestyle and 29 in Greco-Roman.

USA Wrestling will update this list after each of the Olympic Team Trials qualifying events are held.

The next event that could impact this list of qualifiers is the Bill Farrell Memorial International in New York, N.Y., November 17-18. The top U.S. placer in top four in each weight class who are not yet qualified will punch their ticket for the Trials in State College.
