Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday, one of the most important days of the year for USA Wrestling. Unlike most of the countries we compete against, USA Wrestling receives no funding from the government. This means we are heavily reliant on donations from supporters to ensure we give our wrestlers the best opportunities to pursue their goals.
Giving Tuesday is a huge deal for USA Wrestling because it is when we ask our fan base for their help maintaining and creating opportunities in the world’s oldest and greatest sport.
If every one of the 1,000,000+ people that follow USA Wrestling across our social media platforms donated just $5, USA Wrestling would raise over $5 Million! That money would go directly towards growing the sport from the youth level all the way up to supporting our Senior Level National Teams.
USA Wrestling is coming off an unprecedentedly successful year, winning both the Junior and Senior Men’s Freestyle World Championships. In order to keep that momentum rolling and to stay competitive with other elite wrestling nations, we need your support!
