World Champions Gray, Maroulis remain No. 1 in March UWW Women's Rankings

Gray, who won her third career World title and second in a row in 2015, remained on top of the 75 kg/165 lbs after taking home the Gold at the Olympic Test Event in Rio de Janerio in January.
Maroulis, who won her first World title in 2015 at Las Vegas and is a three-time World medalist, holds the top ranking at 55 kg/121 lbs. Maroulis most recently defeated Whitney Conder at the Special Wrestle-off Event for the Pan American Olympic Qualifier. She will compete for a spot at the Olympic Trials in Frisco, Texas this weekend.
2015 World bronze medalist Leigh Jaynes-Provisor (Colorado Springs, Colo./U.S. Army WCAP) comes in at No. 4 at 60 kg/132 lbs. Jaynes-Provisor recently won the Bronze medal at the Pan American Championships.
Checking in at No. 8 at 69 kg/152 lbs. is 2012 World champion and three-time World medalist Elena Pirozhkova (Colorado Springs, Colo. /Titan Mercury WC). Pirozhkova just won Gold at the Pan American Championships this past weekend.
Rocketing up the ranks is Victoria Anthony (Hunting Beach, Calif., Sunkist Kids) who now checks in at No. 8 at 48 kg/105.5 lbs after being unranked in the last UWW standings. Anthony has been rolling as of late, winning the Dace Schultz Memorial in January and taking home the Gold at the Klippan Lady Open on Feb. 19.
Alyssa Lampe (Colorado Springs, Colo. Sunkist Kids) fell two spots to No. 14 at 48 kg while 2012 Olympic Bronze medalist Clarissa Chun (Morgantown, W.Va./Sunkist Kids/Mountaineer RTC) enters the rankings at No. 19 after winning Gold at the Pan American Championships.
Erin Clodgo (Colorado Springs, Colo. Sunkist Kids) held onto her spot at No. 20 at 63 kg/138.75 lbs following a third place finish at the Olympic Test Event.
Entering the rankings this month for the U.S. were 2012 Olympian Kelsey Campbell (Tempe, Ariz./Sunkist Kids) at No. 12 at 58 kg/ 128 lbs, Sarah Hildebrandt (Granger, Ind./King Univ.) at No. 13 at 55 kg/ 121 lbs, and 2008 Olympic Bronze medalist Randi Miller (Colorado Springs, Colo./U.S. Army) at No. 18 at 75 kg.
