Alternative Approaches to Team Building
by Liberty Mutual Insurance
One of the life lessons we hope our kids gain from youth sports is teamwork and the sense of being part of a team. We also hope this can be accomplished through a positive experience, in absence of bullying or hazing behavior from team members.
Liberty Mutual Insurance believes bullying and hazing should have no place in youth sports and offers these positive team-bonding activities as an alternative through their Play Positve® initiative powered by Positive Coaching Alliance.
