USA Wrestling members may attend the FCA Champions Breakfast free of charge this year at the St. Louis City Center Hotel in St. Louis, Mo. on Friday, March 20.
Held alongside the 2015 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships, USA Wrestling members will receive a healthy breakfast and an inspiring program prior to the morning session of competition.
Featured speakers at the event will include wrestling heroes such as 2012 Olympic gold medalist and two-time World champion Jordan Burroughs, as well as 2000 Olympic gold medalist and Assistant National Freestyle Wrestling Coach Brandon Slay.
They will speak on topics including their faith, life journey and wrestling experiences. This breakfast is one of the most popular activities held each year during NCAA Championships week.
“FCA Wrestling fills a very valuable slot in the wrestling community. The Champions Breakfast is an opportunity for athletes and coaches to mix wrestling with their beliefs system. That certainly helps to round out a wrestler. The breakfast has long been an iconic event, in conjunction with the NCAA Div. I Championships, and it’s been incredibly well received by the wrestling community. I’m excited that USA Wrestling has the opportunity to further expose our members to a great event,” said Rich Bender, Executive Director of USA Wrestling.
Doors will open at 6:45 a.m. and the program will begin at 7:00 a.m. in the Colonnade Ballroom of the St. Louis City Center Hotel, which is located at 400 S. 14th St., St Louis., Mo.
Attendees can register online at the FCA Wrestling Champion’s Breakfast registration page: https://fca.webconnex.com/2015/Championsbfast/St.Louis
