Michigan Wolverines Google+ Hangout slated for Jan. 6

The Michigan Wolverine wrestling team will be featured guests on USA Wrestling’s College Wrestling Google+ Hangout On Air series this Tuesday, Jan. 6, at 2 p.m. (EST).
Joining the guest panel for this event will be Michigan Head Coach Joe McFarland and Wolverine wrestlers Rossi Bruno, Max Huntley and Adam Coon.
McFarland is now in his 16th season as headman for the Wolverines. He has coached three NCAA Champions in Kellen Russell, Steve Luke and Ryan Bertin. The Wolverines have finished as high as second place at the NCAA Championships (2005) under McFarland.
Bruno mans the 133-pound slot for Michigan, boasting a current overall ranking of No. 8 at this weight. He has posted runner-up finishes at both the CKLV Invitational and Southern Scuffle this year. Bruno made the round of 12 at the NCAA Championships last season.
Redshirt Senior Max Huntley is seeking his first All-American honors in 2015. He is currently ranked No. 11 nationally at 197 pounds after a sixth place finish at the Southern Scuffle. Huntley was named team captain for the Wolverines this year.
Ranked No. 8 at 285 pounds, sophomore Adam Coon is one of the top contenders for the NCAA Championship. Coon boasts a runner-up finish at the Southern Scuffle and third place finish at the CKLV Invitational this season. This summer he captured bronze medals at the Junior World Championships in both Greco-Roman and freestyle. Coon made the round of 12 at the 2014 NCAA Championships as a true freshman.
