Eight U.S. men and women freestylers get draws for day two at CISM Military Worlds

Olympic bronze medalist Randi Miller, shown at the 2014 Dave Schultz Memorial, is among eight Americans ready to wrestle on Saturday at the CISM Military World Championships.
FORT DIX, N.J. – Eight more American men and women freestyle wrestlers have weighed in and received their draws for day two of the CISM World Military Wrestling Championships at Joint Base McGuire – Dix – Lakehurst, in New Jersey.
Among the women’s freestyle wrestlers competing Saturday is 2008 Olympic bronze medalist and 2014 U.S. World Team member SGT Randi Miller of the U.S. Army at 69 kg/152 lbs. Miller is in a five-athlete roundrobin, and opens against Enos Mostafa Yousef of Egypt.
2005 World champion SSG Iris Smith of the U.S. Army is in a four-athlete roundrobin at 75 kg/165 lbs. Smith was a CISM World Military champion at 72 kg in 2010. She opens against Jia Liping of China.
Two-time U.S. World Team member, CPT Leigh Provisor of the U.S. Army, is wrestling at 63 kg. Her first opponent is Dalma Caneva of Italy, a 2014 Junior World silver medalist.
SGT Othello Feroleto of the U.S. Army, who was a 2010 CISM World Military bronze medalist, is entered in a three-athlete roundrobin at 60 kg. Her first match is against 2014 World champion Tserenchimed Sukhee of Mongolia.
The men’s freestyle entries on Saturday feature a pair of past NCAA Div. I All-Americans, SGT Moza Fay of the U.S. Army at 74 kg and SPC Jack Jensen of the U.S. Army at 96 kg. Fay won his All-American honors for Northern Iowa, while Jensen was an All-American for Oklahoma State.
Fay opens against Byambadorj Bat-Erdine of Mongolia, while Jensen drew Marat Aibussinov of Kazakhstan)
Also competing on Saturday are A1C Nathaniel Hartley, U.S. Air Force at 86 kg and SPC Eric Nye of the U.S. Army at 125 kg.
Hartley opens with Adilet Davlumbayev of Kazakhstan, while Nye drew 2013 CISM World Military champion Deng Zhiwei of China.
