The USA Wrestling College Wrestling Google+ Hangout On Air Series continues this Thursday with the nation’s top ranked women’s wrestling program King University.

King is fresh off the program’s first WCWA National Duals championship, defeating defending WCWA National Champions Simon Fraser 21-19 in the championship dual.

The Tornado are led by Head Coach Jason Moorman, who has taken King women’s wrestling to unseen heights since the program’s inception in 2009.

Moorman will be one of four panelists on the King Google+ Hangout. Joining him will be standout wrestlers Alli Ragan, Sarah Hildebrandt and Julia Salata.

Alli Ragan was a member of the 2013 Women’s Senior World Team that competed last September at the World Championships in Budapest, Hungary. Ragan earned a silver medal at the 2013 World University Games and was a 2013 U.S. Open Champion. In less than two weeks, Ragan will be looking for her second WCWA Individual National Championship at 136 lbs.

123-pound star for the Tornado Sarah Hildebrandt is striving to earn her first WCWA National Championship this season. Hildebrandt made both the 2013 University World Team and 2013 Junior World Team for the United States. She won the 2013 Pan American Championships held in Panama City, Panama last April.

The final panelist for the King Google+ Hangout is Tornado standout at 155 lbs. Julia Salata. In 2013 Salata competed for the U.S. at the Junior World Championships held in Sofia, Bulgaria in addition to placing third at the Senior World Team Trials at 72 kg/158.5 lbs. Salata was runner-up in last year’s WCWA Women’s College Nationals.

The King University Google+ Hangout On Air will be broadcast live on the USA Wrestling Google+ Page and YouTube Channel this Thursday, January 16 at 3:00 p.m. EST.
