We have been informed by the Iranian Wrestling Federation that the team's schedule has changed and they have departed for Iran and will not compete in the United 4 Wrestling event in Los Angeles on Sunday.
As a result, we plan to leverage this opportunity to bring in both the Russians and the Canadian Olympians to face the U.S. in Los Angeles in a showcase of some of top wrestlers in the world. In addition, we also are planning to provide an autograph signing session for L.A. area youth with Olympians and other wrestling legends who will be in town for the event.
We are thankful to the Iranian Wrestling Federation for their participation in New York. We had an outstanding competition with the three countries and the Iranians have assured us that they remain committed to the cause of keeping wrestling in the Olympics.
