Gary Abbott as emerged as the expert among journalists who predicted the results from the 2013 NCAA Championships.
Abbott, USA Wrestling's communications director, fared the best among a group of 15 top journalists who submitted picks prior to the NCAA tournament in Des Moines, Iowa.
Abbott correctly picked eight individual champions and six runner-up finishers. He also correctly picked the top four team finishers for the tournament.
Ron Good of Amateur Wrestling News finished second. Good correctly picked seven champions and three runner-up finishers. He also correctly picked the top five team finishers for the tournament.
USA Wrestling's Richard Immel finished third.
