The Georgia Grind, the fourth event in the 2012-2013 Folkstyle Tour of America Series, will be held Feb. 9-10 in Suwanee, Ga.
This event is open for the following age groups (note that there are no true beginner divisions):
Bantams (Age: Born 2005-2006)
Weight Classes: 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 75+ (15 lbs. max difference)
Intermediates (Age: Born 2003-2004)
Weight Classes: 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 87, 95, 103, 112, 120, 120+ (20 lbs. max difference)
Novices (Age: Born 2001-2002)
Weight Classes: 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 112, 120, 130, 140, 140+ (25 lbs. max difference)
Middle School (Age: Born 1998-2000 plus currently enrolled in grades 6-8)
Weight Classes: 70, 77, 84, 91, 98, 105, 112, 120, 128, 136, 144, 152, 160, 175, 190, 210, 265
Registration is now open online at TrackWrestling. Registration closes with 800 registered wrestlers or on Feb. 8 at 11:59 p.m. CST.
Online registration costs $35 per wrestler, and on-site registration costs $45. No refunds are given for failure to compete.

Saturday, Feb. 9 will include registration, medical checks and weigh-ins. The tournament will be split into two sessions on Sunday, Feb. 10 as follows:
Session 1
Bantam and Intermediate
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Session 2
Novice and Middle School
1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Admission for this event is $10 for an all day pass for adults (19 years old and up) and $5 for an all day pass for students (ages 6-18). Children 5 years old and younger get in free.
Also happening on Feb. 9 in Georgia will be the North Hall Jr. Trojan War (Northeast Georgia), the Gilmer Bobcat Youth Tournament (North Georgia), the Hillgrove Hawk Classic (West Metro Atlanta) and the SGAC Devel Dog Challenge (South Georgia). The final event of the series, Dominate in the Dells, will be held March 15-16 in Wisconsin Dells, Wisc.
