What youth wrestling questions do you want input on?

Each week on ResponsibleSports.com we post on our homepage a youth sports question and ask for your response. Sometimes the question range from coach issues, how do you approach a coach that may be over conditioning the wrestlers? Or the question target on athlete's conversations, the opportunity to wrestle in a heavier weight class may provide better experience, but leaving friends behind can be a major issue at a young age as well as adding weight.
