Virginia Duals releases pairings for National and American College Divisions

The 30th annual Virginia Duals has announced the pairings for its National and American College Divisions.
The event, set to take place this coming weekend in Hampton, Va., at the historic Hampton Coliseum, features 24 colleges and 48 high schools across five divisions. A four-team middle school quad is also on the bill.
The top eight seeds are Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, Lehigh, Penn State, Kent State, Edinboro, Virginia and Old Dominion. The remaining eight college teams in the National College Division are Liberty, Clarion, Drexel, Virginia Tech, UC Davis, Ohio U., Michigan and Bucknell.
Oklahoma State is looking for its seventh Virginia Duals championship, the most recent coming in 2008. Past championship teams in the 2010 event are: Lehigh, Edinboro and Penn State.
Pitt-Johnstown is the top seed in the eight-team American College Division along with Anderson University (S.C.), Nassau Community College (N.Y.), and Millersville (Pa.). Filling out the field are Davidson, SUNY-Brockport, the Newport News Apprentice School and Stevens Tech (N.J.).
Action begins Friday at 9 a.m. on 10 mats with the two college divisions and the National High School Divisions taking to the mats. Later on in the afternoon, the American and Black & Blue High School Divisions will fill the floor of the Coliseum.
