Rome wasn't built in a day, and if you know Princeton wrestling coach Chris Ayres, you realize he understands that very same concept.
In his fourth season at the helm, Princeton has slowly, but surely, moving forward in making the Tigers a winning program in the Ivy League and the EIWA. The top moment in Princeton's building process came on Friday, where the Tigers knocked off Bucknell 18-16.
USA Wrestling's Jason Bryant caught up with Ayres on the latest edition of the USA Wrestling MatChat Podcast and talked about recruiting, his young leaders and Princeton's own Hoagie Haven.
