Three of the nation's most successful women freestyle wrestlers have entered the 2009 U.S. Grappling World Team Trials in Phoenix, Ariz. in the No-Gi division.
TheMat.com interviewed 2004 Olympic silver medalist Sara McMann, 2001 World silver medalist Stephanie Murata and 2001 Junior World silver medalist Tori Adams prior to weigh-ins at the U.S. Grappling World Team Trials.
For Adams, this is not her first USA Grappling event. She competed in the 2007 U.S. Grappling World Team Trials, the same year that she was second in the U.S. World Team Trials in freestyle wrestling.
McMann and Murata will be competing in their first USA Grappling event.
