Brian Keck named Head Wrestling Coach for Xtreme Couture

Brian Keck has joined the ranks of elite trainers with Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas, Nev.
"It is a great opportunity to work with one of the greatest MMA athletes ever," said Keck. "I go way back with Randy Couture. I used to train with him before he retired from Olympic wrestling. He is a great wrestler and a great person."
Keck brings an impressive wrestling resume to his new post.
Brian started wrestling as a High School freshman and within just four years, Brian won the Ohio Hish School State Championships. Brian continued his wrestling in college and became a Junior College National Champion for Cuyuhoga Community College and a Div. I starter at Bloomsburg University.
After getting his degree, Brian moved to Colorado Springs and began training at the U.S. Olympic Training Center. For eight years, Brian competed at the highest level in both freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling and traveled to over 27 countries. He became a 3X USA National Team Member and was crowned with a Gold Medal at the Pan American Championships.
Keck serves as the event director for the USA Wrestling Preseason Nationals, which will be held this year on October 31 at the Univ. of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa. It has developed into one of the premier preseason wrestling events in the nation.
Brian is now heading up the new Xtreme Couture USA Wrestling Chartered Club, coaching the club's public wrestling classes and helping their amateur and professional MMA teams fine tune their skills.
