2009 USA Wrestling Rulebook available free online to everybody

In an effort to get the rules and procedures of international wrestling to as many people as possible, and to provide them at no cost, USA Wrestling has posted a copy of the 2009 USA Wrestling Rulebook & Guide to Wrestling online.
This 163-page document, which has 13 chapters plus an appendix, includes the following information, and more:
- Official Rules of FILA
- USA Modifications
- Wrestling Glossary
- A Guide to Pairing
- Tournament Operations
The Rulebook & Guide to Wrestling is posted as a pdf file, and can be downloaded and printed by visiting the following URL:
