All who are interested in competing in USA Grappling events, as well as international Grappling events hosted by FILA, are encouraged to download the FILA International Grappling Rules.
These are the rules that will be used at the U.S. Grappling World Team Trials in Phoenix, Ariz., October 22-24. These are also the rules that will be used at the FILA Grappling World Championships in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Dec. 12-13.
