U.S. captures freestyle team title, crowns 7 champions at Pan-American Cadet Championships

MANAGUA, Nicaragua - The United States freestyle team turned in a dominant performance on Sunday at the Pan-American Cadet Championships.
The U.S. captured the team title and crowned seven individual champions.
Winning freestyle titles for the U.S. were Brandon George (42 kg), Jake Velarde (46 kg), Mark Grey (50 kg), Ryne Cokeley (63 kg), Destin McCauley (69 kg), Kaleb Friedley (85 kg) and Tanner Hall (100 kg).
McCauley was named Outstanding Wrestler. He pinned all three of his opponents in the first period.
