U.S. Freestyle and Greco-Roman teams to attend Ion Corneanu Memorial in Romania, Aug. 21-23

The U.S. will be sending Senior level teams in Freestyle and Greco-Roman to compete in the Ion Corneanu Memorial in Pitesti, Romania August 21-23.
A U.S. Men's Freestyle Team will consist of hour athletes, all who are on the Freestyle National Team: Obenson Blanc at 55kg, Coleman Scott at 60kg, Carl Fronhofer at 84kg, and J.D. Bergman at 96kg.
The U.S. Greco Roman program will be taking 10 members of its National program to Romania.
Three of the competitors are 2009 U.S. World Team members who are also with the Army World Class Athlete Program: Jeremiah Davis at 60kg, Faruk Sahin at 66kg, and Dremiel Byers at 120kg. They also competed at the Pytlasinski Tournament in Poland the previous weekend.
The other Greco-Roman athletes on the tour to Romania are: Nate Engel at 55kg, Joe Betterman at 60kg, Chad Vandiver at 60kg, Jake Curby at 66kg, George Bancroft at 74kg, Anton Gottfredson at 74kg, and Robbie Smith at 96kg.
There are 18 different countries invited to this event including many of the world's top powers; Russia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Turkey, Hungary, France, Moldova, Ukraine, Greece, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Serbia, Macedonia, Austria, and Spain.
