This week's edition of "On the Mat" will feature Lee Kemp and Craig Sesker.

"On the Mat" is a weekly wrestling radio program that airs every Wednesday night. This week's broadcast can be heard live from 6-7 p.m. Central Standard Time. The Dan Gable International Wrestling Institute and Museum in Waterloo, Iowa, hosts the show.

Kemp is arguably the greatest wrestler the United States has ever produced. While competing at the University of Wisconsin, Kemp was a four-time NCAA finalist and a three-time NCAA champion. His career college record was 143-6-1.

Internationally, Kemp won three World titles in 1978, 1979, and 1982, becoming the first American wrestler to win more than two World Championship gold medals. He was also a member of the 1980 Moscow Olympic team that was boycotted by the United States.

Kemp will serve as a coach of this year's freestyle Olympic team.

Sesker is the manager of communications for USA Wrestling and was a long-time journalist for the Omaha World-Herald. In 2000, he was named the National Wrestling Media Association's journalist of the year and is considered one of the nation's top wrestling journalists. He will discuss the upcoming Olympic Trials and the latest happenings on the international wrestling scene.

"On the Mat" can be heard live on the Internet at www.kcnzam.com or locally in Northeast Iowa on 1650, The Fan. Feel free to e-mail radio@wrestlingmuseum.org with questions or comments about the show.
