Five U.S. Greco-Roman wrestlers take gold medals at the Slovenia Grand Prix

Five members of the U.S. Greco-Roman team won gold medals at the Slovenia Grand Prix, March 7-8.
The gold medalists include: Lindsay Durlacher (Colorado Springs, Colo./New York AC) at 55 kg/121 lbs., Willie Madison (Colorado Springs, Colo./Gator WC) at 60 kg/132 lbs., Jake Curby (LaGrange, Ill./USOEC) at 66 kg/145.5 lbs., Brad Vering (Colorado Springs, Colo./New York AC) at 84 kg/185 lbs. and Justin Ruiz (Colorado Springs, Colo./New York AC) at 96 kg/211.5 lbs.
Durlacher, Vering and Ruiz were all members of the 2007 U.S. Greco-Roman World Team which won the World Team title.
Russ Davie (Colorado Springs, Colo./New York AC) earned a silver medal for the team at 120 kg/264.5 lbs. Marco Lara (Long Beach, Calif./USOEC) and Chas Betts (St. Michael, Minn./USOEC) placed third at 60 kg/132 lbs and 84 kg/185 lbs., respectively.
Keith Sieracki (Colorado Springs, Colo./U.S. Army) posted a fifth-place finish at 84 kg/185 lbs.
