USA Wrestling seeks Spanish-speaking coach for Olympic Solidarity Program

A tremendous opportunity is available to wrestling coaches fluent in Spanish, as USA Wrestling is looking to send a coach to the Olympic Solidarity Program in San Salvador, El Salvador from April 12 through May 12.

The coach who is selected would serve as the instructor of a wrestling course on behalf of the FILA, the international governing body for wrestling. The course will be provided for coaches from developing wrestling nations from Central and South America.

The Olympic Solidarity Program is governed by the International Olympic Committee, and is designed to improve sport around the world

All costs and fees associated with the trip will be covered by the FILA. The coach will also receive a small stipend for his/her work. The coach should be in good standing with USA Wrestling.

All interested coaches should contact Tony Black or Mitch Hull at USA Wrestling at 719-598-8181. Coaches should contact USA Wrestling by March 1, 2008.
