A third replacement has been named for the 42nd annual NWCA All-Star Classic presented by the United States Marine Corps and it's Hofstra 133-pounder Lou Rugirello.
Rugirello moved up to #4 in the InterMat/NWMA/NWCA Individual Rankings this week after pinning Tyler McCormick of Missouri, who was previously ranked second.
McCormick was replaced earlier this week by Minnesota's Mack Reiter, while Rugirello replaces #1 Coleman Scott of Oklahoma State. The Cowboys staff informed the NWCA on Thursday of an injury to Scott sustained at the Central Missouri Open this past weekend.
Rugirello is now one of two Hofstra wrestlers in the event and the third Pride representative. Coach Tom Shifflet was selected as an honorary coach for the event.
The event will kick off at 6 p.m. Pacific time from the University of Oregon's McArthur Court. LiveSportsVideo will offer a pay-per-view live broadcast of the event. More information on the broadcast can be found here:
