NCEP-Bronze Level (National Wrestling Coaches Education Program) HL948 (10987-90) .5 credit When: Year round Where: Various off-campus locations Tuition: $85 (.5 credit, Extension Graduate Rate) Additional Costs: $25 application fee for new NMU students. Course Description: Prerequisites: Must be a high school or collegiate coach. A course to provide coaches the knowledge and expertise needed to properly affect their athletes in a positive and beneficial way. Includes a philosophy of coaching, risk management, effective teaching techniques, program development, psychology of coaching, nutrition and injury care. Instructor: Ted Witulski, NCEP Manager To Register: You must register within 7 days after the first class meeting. Please see other side for directions. 900 level courses provide professional development opportunities for certificated K-12 educators. The credits are not applicable to a Master of Arts in Education Degree Program at NMU.
