World Team Trials Procedures posted for 2016 Non-Olympic Weights Worlds and 2017 Senior Worlds

USA Wrestling has posted the approved World Team Trials Procedures for the upcoming 2016 Non-Olympic Weights World Championships and the 2017 Senior World Championships for all three Olympic disciplines.
The 2016 Non-Olympic Weight World Championships will be held in Budapest, Hungary, Dec. 8-9. There will be two weight classes in each style contested, including men’s freestyle (61 kg, 70 kg), women’s freestyle (55 kg, 60 kg) and Greco-Roman (71 kg, 80 kg).
The World Team Trials for the 2016 U.S. World Team in the Non-Olympic Weights will be held in New York, N.Y., November 10-12, alongside the annual Bill Farrell International.
The 2017 Senior World Championships will be held in Paris, France, August 21-26.
The 2017 U.S. Senior World Teams in women’s freestyle and Greco-Roman will be determined in Las Vegas, Nev., April 27-29. The 2017 U.S. Senior World Team in men’s freestyle will be determined June 9-10 at a site to be determined.
