USA Wrestling Job Opportunity: Director of Fundraising and Business Development

USA Wrestling is seeking a Director of Fundraising and Business Development. This is a full-time position located at USA Wrestling headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colo., that reports to the Executive Director.

The Director of Fundraising and Business Development is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s comprehensive fundraising and development program. This position will lead efforts to secure financial support from individuals, foundations, and other funding sources while strengthening relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners. This position will focus heavily on donor fundraising and will collaborate with others in the organization and external resources on acquisition of new corporate partners.
