The 2026 Women’s National Duals return to Westfield, Indiana, June 17-20, inside the Grand Park Events Center, bringing together many of the nation’s best young wrestlers for four days of freestyle and Greco-Roman action. Throughout the tournament, the Junior, 16U and 14U age divisions will compete in both styles, beginning with women’s freestyle on June 17-18, and followed by Greco-Roman competition on June 19-20. All three age divisions will be in action during both sessions each day, with wrestling scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. ET daily.

At the 2025 Women’s National Duals, Michigan Red captured the Junior freestyle championship, while Pennsylvania Blue’s 16U and 14U teams won titles in their respective age divisions. On the Greco-Roman side, California Red claimed the Junior division, California won the 16U division and Washington captured the crown in the 14U division.

The first day of each style—women’s freestyle on Wednesday and Greco-Roman on Friday—will feature pool competition, where teams square off in preliminary rounds. Based on the results of the day-one preliminary pool competition, the top teams from each pool in each of the three age divisions will advance to the championship pool on day two, which determines the top eight teams in the tournament.

An All-Tournament Team, featuring undefeated athletes with four or more wins in their individual matches in a specific style, will be announced after each tournament within every age division.

In the Junior division, there are 45 teams from 37 state associations registered in women’s freestyle and 26 Greco-Roman teams from 24 states. There are 30 teams from 29 states registered in the 14U women’s freestyle division and 19 teams from 18 states registered in the Greco-Roman division.
