Discipline, Accountability, Family, and A Lifetime of Good Habits.
Since that day, the Greg Strobel Leadership Academy (GSLA) has worked with National Team Coaches and Athletes to determine “gaps” in athlete support with a focus on areas not traditionally covered by coaches and training staff.
In 2026 the GSLA was re-imagined and expanded into the Greg Strobel Leadership Fund (GSLF), which helps support personal and professional growth initiatives for USA Wrestling Athletes and Coaches.
The mission is guided by four pillars with the goal of supporting athletes and coaches beyond the mat. Greg believed Olympic dreams are realized over a lifetime of managing and developing values of Discipline, Accountability, Family, and A Lifetime of Good Habits.
