The newly released novel Seeking Kenny: A Wrestler's Journey examines the life of five-time USA Wrestling Junior Nationals champion Kenny Cox, who passed away in 2009 at age 31 in Kauai, Hawaii, after surviving 70 days in the wilderness without supplies. Cox was the 1997 ASICS High School Wrestler of the Year and a three-time Oregon state champion for Churchill High School in Eugene, Ore.
The USA Wrestling Triple Crown Award is presented to individual athletes who win three different national titles at designated USA Wrestling events each season.
The 16U and Junior Boys Triple Crown is awarded to individuals who win first place at the following events:
