PRACTICES: The Patriot Elite site will welcome USA Wrestling members to train and grow in wrestling. We will have a structured program for national competitions. We will focus on training Freestyle and Greco-Roman athletes for the Open, University and FILA Junior Nationals.

During the NCAA season, we will have training after the collete practice has ended, unless allowed by NCAA rule to train at the same time. The college practice time is from October 10-the NCAA tournament Monday-Friday 2:30PM to 5:30PM.

April-May we will practice Monday-Friday from 2:30PM-5:30PM
June-August we will practice Monday-Friday at 6:00PM
September-October 10 we will practice Monday-Friday 2:30PM-5:30PM.
