USA Wrestling Middle & Elementary School Folkstyle
National Championships at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex
USA Wrestling is proud to announce the Second Annual Middle & Elementary School Folkstyle National Championships will be held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., on February 26-27, 2010. This event combines both a USA Wrestling national event with the popular “ESPN: The Weekend,” one of the nation’s premier youth athletic gatherings in the nation.
The growth of wrestling in the Southeast has provided a very competitive youth wrestling experience. Event organizers encourage all wrestlers to come to Florida in February to participate for a national championship as part of USA Wrestling’s Future Olympian Rankings and be a part of this Ultimate Challenge Series tournament.
Middle School Division (1995-1998)
USAW does not allow 9th graders born in 1995 to compete in the middle school division.
Middle School Divison athletes must be in 6th-8th Grade and born between 1995-1998.
Elementary School Division (3rd-5th Grade)
