In a wild flurry, Lester rolls through the front headlock and puts Mansurov on his back for two-points and a one-point hold down to take a 3-2 lead at 1:30. Lester starts on top and moves out in front with a front headlock at about 1:33 when Mansurov arches out of the front headlock and flips Lester, exposing Lester’s back for three-points. The period ends in the neutral position with Mansurov earning a point because Lester failed to score from the top position.
2	4-1	Mansurov	Mansurov scores a takedown for one-point at approximately :37. Mansurov earns a second point at :54 when Lester steps out of bounds. At 1:28 Mansurov scores a two-point gut wrench to take a 4-0 lead. Lester scores on a Mansurov step-out at 1:55, but the final whistle blows with Mansurov securing the win and the period 4-1.
