Terry Brands to Attend Coaches Clinic

Terry Brands, Olympic Bronze medalist at 63kg in Sydney has committed to attend the Bronze Certification Coaches clinic in Newton Iowa. The clinic starts at 6:30 p.m. Friday October 13th and runs through Saturday night. The clinic to be held at the International Wrestling Institute and Museum will bring together coaches from across the country to advance their education in the sport of wrestling. Along with Olympic star Terry Brands appearance, the clinic will feature technique session with Olympic Champion Tom Brands, 3 time National Champion Joe Williams, and legendary wrestler and coach Dan Gable. The weekend, which will include the certification process, will also have technique sessions, a celebration dinner, and a film study of international matches with Coach Dan Gable providing commentary and insight.
