Huron University in South Dakota seeks quality student/wrestlers


Huron University in Huron, South Dakota, is in the building process of a newer college wrestling program. With a late start recruiting, the program is still in need of quality student/wrestlers with the desire and commitment to earn a degree and compete on the collegiate level. HU is a small private college located in east central South Dakota and competes at the NAIA level.

Paul Kendle, former Oklahoma H.S. Coach of the Year and NCAA Div. II National Coach of the Year and NCAA II Hall of Fame inductee is heading this effort. Wrestling scholarships are still available. All weight classes are being recruited, but specific needs are at 149, 157, 165 and 197 pounds.
