NCAA Div. I Wrestling Championships brackets available



The NCAA has announced the 330 student-athletes set participate in the 2010 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships in Omaha, Neb., March 18-20.

Fans can see the weight class pairings via a Web stream selection show on NCAA.com. The information was placed on the website on Wednesday, March 10 at 6 p.m. ET.

Fans can click on each of the 10 NCAA weight classes and the announcement of all of the participants, as well as the first-round pairings, will be provided on video.

NCAA Division I Wrestling Committee chair, Brad Traviolia, provided the show's introduction while Pat Tocci, Director of Administration and Public Relations for the National Wrestling Coaches Association, will serve as the host as he unveils each of the 10 brackets in the championships field.

Complete printable brackets will be available on NCAA.com at 7 p.m. ET on Wednesday, March 10.

The No. 1 seeds for the tournament include:
125 lbs. - Angel Escobedo (Indiana)
133 lbs. - Jayson Ness (Minnesota)
141 lbs. - Kyle Dake (Cornell)
149 lbs. - Lance Palmer (Ohio State)
157 lbs. - J.P. O'Connor (Harvard)
165 lbs. - Andrew Howe (Wisconsin)
174 lbs. - Mack Lewnes (Cornell)
184 lbs. - Kirk Smith (Boise State)
197 lbs. - Jake Varner (Iowa State)
285 lbs. - David Zabriskie (Iowa State)
