On this edition of No Holds Barred, host Eddie Goldman once again speaks with the legendary Ricardo Liborio of American Top Team (http://americantopteam.com/).

As head coach of USA Grappling, he also led the U.S. team to victories at the 2009 FILA Grappling World Championships, held December 12-13 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

We spoke with the master himself Wednesday to get his summation of this event. Our lengthy interview included discussing the international significance of this event, why he feels that it should focus more on the no-gi rather than the gi competition, the future of grappling, his plans for 2010, and much more.
