SYRACUSE, NY - Wrestling, Wave Runners, and Volleyball. Beyond watching the growing popularity of Beach Wrestling, it is no surprise why this sport grows - it is fun to be at the beach!

Imagine the shoreline full of beach goers, a televised wave runner race, coed volleyball, and the round ring of wrestlers slamming each other in the sand, all in one location.

Watch the action of this past weekend's 2008 U.S. Beach World Team Trials at Ontario Beach Park in Rochester, N.Y.

See the big guys Carlos Dolmo and Mike Carroll battle for position, in the over 85kg/187.5 lbs. division finals and see the referee's decision match between Nate Patterson and Jeff Funicello, for first place in the under 85kg/187.5 lbs. finals
