Red and blue singlets, or red/blue reversible singlet with under briefs is strongly recommended. For female athletes, a collegiate or women`s singlet is required and a sleeveless sport top is to be worn under the singlet (no T-shirts).

For folkstyle only, singlets of any color or two-piece uniforms are acceptable. Guidelines for the two-piece uniforms are as follows: wrestlers can wear compression or board shorts and a tight-fitting sleeveless, short, or long sleeve shirt. The shorts shall not be excessively baggy or have pockets, buttons, or snaps.

NO TWO-PIECE UNIFORMS ARE ALLOWED FOR FREESTYLE & GRECO-ROMAN!

-Headgear is required for all competitors in the Kids (Intermediate, Novice and Schoolboy/girl) Divisions.

-Shoes with laces should be wrapped with sticky tape or a system which hides the laces so that they do not come undone during the match.
