Men: Competitors must wear the singlet approved by their state association for this particular event. Any singlet with the state name, initials or other identifying logo must be the name, initial or logo of that state.

Women: Red and blue collegiate or girl's singlet, or red/blue reversible collegiate or girl's singlet with under briefs required. A sleeveless sport top is to be worn under the singlet (no t-shirts).
