The current rules of FILA will govern the event and the competition (except bracketing procedures).
U.S. ATHLETES ONLY
Due to FILA requirements, the top four (4) place finishers
in each style and weight category must obtain a current 2013 FILA
license. U.S. Athletes who are not top three (3) National Team
members in their respective weight class will have the cost of the FILA license
deducted from their respective prize money.
