FILA LICENSES
Per new FILA regulations, all competitors are required to have FILA licenses prior to competing in FILA events. All wrestlers wishing to compete in the 2013 Dave Schultz Memorial International must contact Jaimie McNab (jmcnab@usawrestling.org) at USA Wrestling to purchase a FILA license.You will need to submit a headshot, copy of your passport, and credit card information. Cost is $110-115, depending on the exchange rate on the day of purchase. Please note that purchasing a license on-site at the event will cost twice the regular amount.
WAIVERS
The OFFICIAL WAIVER & REGISTRATION FORMS (click HERE) must be accurately completed and filed at registration. Participants MUST present proof of current USA Wrestling Membership Card (actual card or photo copy) at registration AND weigh-ins.
All participants must register with the United States Olympic Training Center (USOTC) and complete all necessary paperwork (click HERE) prior to any use of the facilities. The training facilities at the USOTC are NOT public access facilities.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Online registration is available at TrackWrestling. Deadline for online registration is 5:00 PM (MST), Tuesday, January 29, 2013. Entry fee for participants registering online is $46.00 per athlete. NO refunds for failure to compete.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION
Entry fee for participants registering on-site is $60.00 per athlete. NO refunds for failure to compete.
NO REGISTRATION BY MAIL WILL BE ACCEPTED! NO REFUNDS FOR FAILURE TO COMPETE!
