Membership Requirements

Divisions
ALL WEIGHT CLASSES WILL BE CONTESTED IN KILOGRAMS (KG). THERE WILL BE A NO WEIGHT ALLOWANCE GIVEN AT WEIGH-INS. 1 KG=2.2046 LBS MENS NO-GI AND GI: (Athletes born in 1989 or before are eligible. However, athletes born in 1990-1991 may compete with a written statement from a medical professional, on his/her printed stationery, attesting that the athlete is of sufficient physical and emotional maturity to participate at this level.) 60 KG, 66 KG, 74 KG, 84 KG, 96 KG, 120 KG and OPEN WOMENS NO-GI AND GI: (Athletes born in 1989 or before are eligible. However, athletes born in 1990-1992 may compete with a written statement from a medical professional, on his/her printed stationary, attesting that the athlete is of sufficient physical and emotional maturity to participate at this level.) 50 KG, 55 KG, 59 KG, 63 KG, 67 KG and OPEN
