USA Wrestling does not charge for adjusting weight classes, even at weigh-ins, so sign up early to guarantee your spot in the event. Registration will be capped at 800 wrestlers.

We already have wrestlers registered from the following states:

The 2012-2013 Folkstyle Tour of America goes through Georgia for the 5th Annual Georgia Grind in Suwanee, Georgia, at the Suwanee Sports Academy*. The Georgia Grind offers folkstyle competition for Bantams, Intermediates, Novices, and Middle Schoolers (no true beginner divisions this year).

Wrestlers be sure to take advantage of one of the many Team Georgia USA events that will be taking place in Georgia on February 9th, the day before The Grind.  Weigh ins for each one of these events will also count as official weigh in for The GRIND.  For more information on the North Hall Jr Trojan War (Northeast Georgia), the Gilmer Bobcat Youth Tournament (North Georgia), the Hillgrove Hawk Classic (West Metro Atlanta) or the SGAC Devel Dog Challenge (South Georgia) please visit  www.teamgeorgiawrestling.com to get signed up.

Unfortunately South Paulding had to move their date to February 2nd.  While we still encourage you to wrestle there on February 2nd, if you have recently signed up for the Spartan Challenge believing they were going to be a weigh in site on February 9th, then go back into the Team Georgia System where you signed up and either register for an event on the 9th while staying in the Challenge on the 2nd or move your registration from the Challenge to one of the events listed above.
