For all divisions, the current rules of FILA, with USA Wrestling modifications where applicable, will govern the event and the competition.

There will be a blind computer draw after the initial weigh-in. Wrestlers from the same state will be separated when possible in vertical pairing system.

Weight classes with five (5) or less entries will use a one (1) pool system and weigh classes with six (6) or more entries will use a two (2) pool system.
