Awarded to the top three (3) place winners in each weight class in all styles.
PRIZE MONEY
Awarded in each weight class, in all styles. Must be a U.S. citizen to receive prize money.
Men’s FS/GR:
Weight class champion = $1,500, or the highest U.S. place finisher = $1,250; Second (2nd) place U.S. athlete = $1,000;
Third (3rd) place U.S. athlete = $500.
U.S. male athletes must place in the top five (5) of weight class to be eligible for prize money. If two U.S. athletes place 5th in the same weight class and are eligible for prize money, the prize money will be split between the two athletes.
Women's FS:
Weight class champion or the highest U.S. place finisher = $1,000;
Second (2nd) place U.S. athlete = $500.
U.S. female athletes must place in the top four (4) of weight class to be eligible for prize money.
U.S. ATHLETES ONLY
Due to FILA requirements, the top four (4) place finishers
in each style and weight category must obtain a current 2013 FILA
license. U.S. Athletes who are not top three (3) National Team
members in their respective weight class will have the cost of the FILA license
deducted from their respective prize money.
TEAM AWARDS
Attractive awards to the top two (2) team place winners in each style. USA Wrestling member clubs and foreign delegations are eligible to enter. Each club/team must register a team roster at the designated registration time. Points are scored 6-5-4-3 for the top four (4) place winners in each weight class.
World Team Trials Qualifier
Wrestlers who meet the U.S. citizenship requirements
necessary for representing the USA in the World Championships and are the
highest placed athlete in each weight class (who haven't already
qualified) qualify for the
2013 World Team Trials.
