Olympic champ Jordan Burroughs to host wrestling clinic for Los Angeles youth on Friday
Beat the Streets Los Angeles

Los Angeles, CA – November 26, 2012 – Non-profit Beat the Streets – Los Angeles and 2012 Olympic gold medalist Jordan Burroughs are hosting a free wrestling clinic on December 7th at Ramon C. Cortines High School in downtown Los Angeles. The clinic is targeted for current BTS-LA participants.

Burroughs, a two-time NCAA champion at Nebraska, 2011 World Champion and 2012 Olympic gold medalist garnered national media attention this summer by predicting his success on the mats via Twitter handle, @alliseeisgold (All I See is Gold).

BTS-LA is a dynamic youth wrestling program established in the greater metropolitan to help city youths create positive life outcomes through sports. A 501(c)(3) organization, BTS– LA utilizes competitive wrestling as a way to encourage a desire for excellence, sportsmanship, leadership and perseverance among Los Angeles youth.
