Knee Pick

In red, World Silver Medallist, Brandon Eggum establishes strong front headloc position.

In this front headlock he encircles the near arm.

He pressures into his opponent by diving his head under the defender's chest.

Eggum maintains control of the blue wrestler's chin.

He extends his reach behind the knee of the far leg.

The head pressure is a real key to focus on.

Keep good leg drive going.

Your head should come out from under the opponent's chest as he is taken to the mat.

Use your chest to scoop the opponent's chest and shoulder to take him to the mat.

Work to bring the head to the knee and finish in a cradle for back points.

A far side knee pick can be a good move in your short offense.
