Mule Kick from a Russian
The attacking wrestler on the right controls a "russian" or 2 on 1 arm tie. He pulls the tie tight to his chest, as he begins to step with his near leg to the center of the defender's stance. The defender drives off of his trail leg, almost hopping in to his opponent.
The leg that heads to his opponent's stance is used as a mule kick. The attacker drives his leg, heal up, high into the defender's thigh while pulling down on the 2 on 1 As the opponent falls to the mat, the attacker reaches to the far hip of the opponent.
From this point, the attacker works to go-behind the defender. The attacker should be ready to scramble for the takedown. By controlling a tie-up, like the "russian", the attacker earns a takedown.
